By using Toronto Airport Limo Pro services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you are not advised to use or access this website or utilize any of the services provided by Toronto Airport Limo Pro.

Toronto Airport Limo Pro reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.


Toronto Pearson Airport Pick-Up Locations and Procedure

Terminal 1 & Terminal 3:
Please follow the steps below to locate your Toronto Airport Limo Pro vehicle:

  1. Proceed to exit door “A.”
  2. Go to the Pre-Arranged Services Desk and have security call your Toronto Airport Limo Pro chauffeur using your last name.
  3. If you cannot locate your driver, do not leave the airport — please call us immediately at (416) 688-9629, and our team will guide you to your assigned vehicle.

Airport Wait Time

Toronto Airport Limo Pro provides up to 1 hour of complimentary wait time for all airport arrivals. Wait time beyond the free period is billed in 30-minute increments, based on the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle.

Our system automatically tracks your flight. As your flight approaches its scheduled arrival time, your reservation is automatically updated to reflect any delays.

You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed. However, if your flight details change (e.g., different flight number, missed flight, or cancellation), you must notify us immediately at (416) 688-9629.

If your flight is cancelled, a Toronto Airport Limo Pro representative will contact you to reschedule or adjust your booking accordingly.


Wait Time for Non-Airport Pickups

For all non-airport transfers, there is a 15-minute grace period. If this grace period is exceeded, wait time will be billed in 30-minute increments, equal to the hourly rate of the booked vehicle.


Reservations

We highly recommend that you make your reservation in advance (at no additional cost) to ensure service availability.

Our online booking system allows reservations to be made at least 5 hours in advance, depending on your pickup address.

If you require a vehicle in less than 3 hours, please call (416) 688-9629 to confirm availability.


Credit Card Transactions

To confirm your booking, Toronto Airport Limo Pro requires valid credit card information. The credit card details are used to secure the reservation and are not charged until after the service has been completed.

Please note:

  • Chauffeurs do not process payments in the vehicle.
  • Once the ride is completed and payment is processed, an email receipt will be sent to you.

Rate Changes

Toronto Airport Limo Pro reserves the right to modify service rates at any time without prior notice.

However, if a reservation has already been confirmed under a previous rate, that booking will be honored at the original rate.


No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% charge applies if cancellation occurs less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  • 50% charge applies if cancellation occurs 4–6 hours prior to pickup.

No-Show Policy

A booking is considered a no-show 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time if:

  • The passenger has not met the chauffeur, and
  • Toronto Airport Limo Pro has not received a call or message regarding the delay.

In this case, the full fare will be charged.


Specialty Vehicles

Specialty vehicles include stretch limousines, stretch SUVs, shuttle buses, coaches, and other luxury fleet vehicles.

  • If cancelled more than one week prior to the pickup date — no cancellation fee applies.
  • If cancelled within one week of pickup — a $350 cancellation fee plus applicable taxes will apply.
  • If cancelled within 72 hours of pickup — the full fare will be charged.

Additional Charges

Your initial booking confirmation may not include additional charges that could occur during your trip. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Extra stops
  • Waiting time beyond the included grace period
  • Highway tolls (e.g., 407 ETR)
  • Parking fees

By using Toronto Airport Limo Pro services, you expressly authorize the company to charge your credit card or corporate account in accordance with our published rates and policies.


Limitation of Liability

While Toronto Airport Limo Pro takes every measure to ensure safe, timely, and professional service, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Weather conditions
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Road closures
  • Vehicle breakdowns due to unforeseen mechanical issues

In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative vehicle or reschedule the trip at no additional cost, depending on availability.


Service Conduct and Safety

For the safety and comfort of all passengers:

  • Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol or illegal substances inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will result in a damage and cleaning fee charged to the responsible party’s credit card.
  • Passengers must comply with all chauffeur instructions during travel for safety reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from the use of Toronto Airport Limo Pro services shall be resolved in the courts located within Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
